Emtec Facility Services are a national facility services company specialising in comprehensive facility management solutions. Due to continued growth within sales we are actively seeking a Business Development Administrator to join our Business Development team based at our Uddingston HQ. This is a brand new and exciting role where you will become an integral part of our already highly successful team.
This is a fully office-based role.
What you will be doing
Administrative Support:
- Provide quality administrative assistance to the business development team & director.
- Prepare and distribute relevant documentation for business meetings and tender enquiries.
Data Management
- Maintain and update client databases (salesforce), ensuring accurate and current information.
- Manage Tender Logs and internal SharePoint.
Communication:
- Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams in a professional and timely manner.
- Draft and edit correspondence, proposals, and presentations.
Research and Analysis:
- Monitor and review tender portals and notifications, sharing relevant information to the Business Development Director.
Event Coordination
- Assist in organising and coordinating client events and various business development activities.
- Handle logistics for Business Development team travel and accommodation related to business engagements.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the business development team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with other departments to align business development goals with the overall company objectives.
What you will need to succeed
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills with a goof eye for detail
- Top notch time management skills
- Tech savvy with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft office package
It would be great if you have…
- Previous experience using Salesforce.
- Experience in the facility services sector
