The Role

As part of our successful commercial team, depending on role you will have responsibility for overseeing commercial control and implementing best practices. Collaborating closely with operational colleagues will play a critical role in achieving success.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking talented people with a sound commercial instinct and a passion for construction.

• Preferably has a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Strong MEP background
• Confident, reliable and able to work on the own initiative as well as part of a team
• Have excellent numeric, interpersonal, communication and IT Skills with a solid grasp of all Microsoft office applications
• Commercially aware, enthusiastic, practical, and logical, with a keen eye for detail
• Familiar with the construction Act and standard forms of Contract/ Sub-Contract: typically, SBCC/NEC
• Full UK Driving licence is essential
