As the demand of renewable energy soars, Emtec Energy is expanding, and we are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Uddingston. In this new role you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of renewable energy by supporting our bid management process

The Role

• Work closely with the Bid Manager on all aspects of bid preparation and submission.
• Reviewing bid specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with client expectations.
• Monitor bid progress providing timely updates to the Bid Manager.
• Produce compliant, compelling proposals within customer defined timeframes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for successful bid submissions.
• Ensure all bid submissions meet our high standards of accuracy and quality through rigorous quality control processes.
• Champion collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our bid processes and procedures.

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience in bid administration, proposal management or a similar.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
