We are on the lookout for a skilled Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join our welcoming team at our Uddingston HQ. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support and be a vital part of ensuring our busy helpdesk runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a fully Office based role.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8-4:30 and Friday 8-3:30.
What You'll be Doing
- Support the Senior Resource Coordinator, providing quality administrative support and working on the Helpdesk
- Respond to calls and provide updates to clients
- Issue purchase orders to engineers and subcontractors
- Raising jobs from incoming emails ensuring compliance with all SLA requirements
- Update planners for site visits and keep clients informed
- Update and Upload reports
What We're Looking For
- Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment ideally within a facilities management setting.
- Strong organisational skills with a logical approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and comfortable with the Microsoft Office Package
- Communicates confidently and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn
