We are on the lookout for a skilled Business Support Administrator to join our team at our Uddingston HQ. In this role. In this role you will provide administrative support to the central management team as well as our contract managers ensuring smooth operations and compliance across engineering teams.
This is a part time role working 24 Hours per week during office hours which are: Monday to Thursday 8:00am -4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-3:30pm.
The Role
- Provide central administrative support across the teams.
- Manage employee and engineer E learning coordination
- Arrange and oversee engineer training schedules.
- Maintain audit registers and action trackers.
- Coordinate calibration, PAT testing, and maintain records for tools and equipment.
- Oversee inspection and tagging of Engineers ladders and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Manage uniform and PPE orders, and handle travel and accommodation arrangements for engineers.
- Keep internal trackers, spreadsheets, and action logs organised and up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment ideally within a facilities management setting.
- Strong organisational skills with a logical approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and comfortable with the Microsoft Office Package
- Communicates confidently and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn
