We're currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team at our head office in Uddingston. This is a key role with full P&L responsibility, overseeing the operational delivery of services across a portfolio of mobile and static client sites. You'll lead from the front—ensuring compliance, driving performance, and developing a high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of PPM, statutory compliance, reactive maintenance, and quoted works.
- Taking full ownership of contract delivery, including financial performance and client satisfaction.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team—including engineers, supervisors, helpdesk, admin, and technical support.
- Managing subcontractors to ensure service quality and value.
- Planning and scheduling all tasks effectively with accurate data handling and system updates.
- Monitoring and improving KPIs across PPM, WIP, job costing, and compliance reporting.
- Producing monthly client performance and innovation reports, and leading review meetings.
- Reviewing and authorising cost cards and ensuring accurate quotation management.
- Continually improving processes through audits and forward-thinking solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in a similar management role within the Facilities Management sector.
- A strong grasp of service delivery, contract compliance, and technical standards.
- Confident working with CAFM and finance systems (NAV Dynamics experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Commercially astute with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
