Location: Coatbridge

We’re looking for a skilled Coded Welder to join our growing Off-Site Manufacturing team at Emtec Building Services based at our Off site manufacturing facility in Coatbridge. This is a hands-on role where precision, teamwork, and quality matter — you'll play a key part in delivering high-spec modular builds for a wide range of projects across the UK.

🌟 4 day Working week Monday to Thursday 7am – 5pm!

What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out high-quality TIG, MIG and Electrode welding to NDT-tested standards
• Interpreting detailed fabrication drawings and following correct procedures
• Supporting the workshop team with installs (e.g. pumps, heating accessories)
• Communicating progress and quality checks to the Workshop Supervisor
• Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment
• Completing QA documentation for all tasks undertaken

What we're looking for:

• A qualified welder with experience under BS ISO15614-2, BS EN287 or similar
• Strong understanding of plantroom pipework and HVAC systems
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel if required for occasional site-based work
• ECS/CSCS card

It would be great if you also have:

• A valid UK driving licence
