The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Plumber / Fabric Engineer to join our mobile team covering the Northwest of England. In this position, you’ll provide essential maintenance services for our clients at their sites, with a company vehicle provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality plumbing and fabric repairs, as well as planned preventative maintenance, across sites in the Northwest of England.
• Work safely and responsibly at all times, ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Work closely with the Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, Supervisor, Helpdesk as well as local Engineers.
• Keep your skills sharp and knowledge current by staying up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Build and maintain great relationships with our clients.
• Support our clients by producing clear, accurate quotations for repairs when required.
• Take ownership of your workload, managing your time effectively to ensure all SLA commitments are met.

What we are looking for

• An experienced Plumber or Fabric Engineer ideally with commercial experience in the facility services sector.

• Someone who’s confident carrying out manual tasks including working at height or in confined spaces as well as willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
• Full UK Driving licence is essential, as travel will be part of your day-to-day work.
• A self-motivated, solutions focused individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive can do attitude.
