The Role

As Senior Electrical Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to successful handover. You’ll lead site teams, build trusted client relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

What You’ll Be Doing

• ·        Leading electrical site teams and ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental and quality standards

• ·        Managing programme, budgets and reporting to ensure successful delivery

• ·        Overseeing variations and supporting the pricing of additional works

• ·        Building strong, long-term client relationships

• ·        Mentoring and developing your team to support succession and growth

• ·        Providing technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle

What You’ll Bring

• ·        Proven experience managing M&E projects, with strong electrical expertise

• ·        HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)

• ·        Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract delivery

• ·        Confident leadership and communication skills

• ·        A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high standards
