The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our mobile team in the Manchester area. In this position you’ll provide essential maintenance services for our clients at their sites, with a company vehicle provided.

What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out the Installation, servicing, repair and planned preventative maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health and Safety procedures and industry regulations.
Working closely with the Contract Manager, Supervisor, helpdesk and wider engineering team to deliver an excellent service.
Building positive relationships with clients, providing a professional service at all times
Identifying repair requirements and preparing quotations when required
Keeping up to date with industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance.
Participating in the on-call rota.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer who takes pride in delivering a high standard of work and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
You’ll have
City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
FGAS 2079 certification and IPAF qualification
Experience installing, servicing and repairing commercial air conditioning systems, including VRF units
A good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance within commercial environments
A Full UK driving licence
The ability to work safely at height, in confined spaces and carry out manual handling tasks
A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
